Product Checking at Delivery

To maintain transparency and customer satisfaction, we follow a “Check Before Accept” policy:

• Customers are requested to check the product in front of the delivery agent at the time of delivery.
• Please verify:
  • Product quality
  • Correct item
  • Size, color, and specifications

If the Product is Correct

• If the product meets your expectations, you can accept the delivery and complete the payment (if applicable).

If the Product is Incorrect or Damaged

• If you receive a wrong, damaged, or defective product, you can return it immediately to the delivery agent.
• No additional charges will be applied for returning at the doorstep.

Refund Policy

• Since returns are handled instantly during delivery, no separate refund process is required for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders.
• For prepaid orders:
  • Refunds will be processed after verification.
  • The amount will be returned via the original payment method within 3-7 working days.

Important Notes

• Returns will not be accepted after the delivery agent leaves the location.
• Customers must check the product carefully during delivery to avoid any inconvenience.
• Used or accepted products are not eligible for return or exchange.
